Never Been Abroad (“the site”) is a personal blog of writing and illustration. By visiting or using it — reading, commenting, or subscribing — you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. What this site is
An imaginative, first-person journal about places the author has mostly never visited, illustrated with hand-style charcoal sketches. Nothing here is professional, travel, financial, or other advice; it’s personal writing, offered for reading.

All content — the written pieces, the illustrations and sketches, the page designs, and the “Never Been Abroad” name and look — belongs to the site’s owner and is protected by copyright. You may read and share links freely, and quote briefly with clear credit and a link back. You may not otherwise copy, republish, sell, adapt, or use the content to train machine-learning models without written permission. (AI scraping/training is disallowed in our robots rules — please respect that.)

You’re responsible for what you post. You agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, infringing, deceptive, or spammy, and not to impersonate anyone. First-time comments are held for review; we may edit, refuse, or remove any comment at our discretion, without notice.
